Steve Delf

DSU Board of Directors

Steven Delf is a strategic, data-driven leader who brings deep experience in digital performance, customer insights, and cross-functional team leadership to the DSU Board. A Duxbury resident for more than seven years, he and his family chose the town for its strong sense of community and exceptional schools. Now a parent of a Chandler student, Steven joined the DSU Board out of a desire to help represent student voices and contribute to the spaces that shape kids’ daily lives.

Professionally, Steven serves in a management role at UPPAbaby, a global company with small-town roots dedicated to improving the lives of parents through intuitively designed, expertly crafted juvenile gear.

Steven is particularly inspired by DSU’s role as Duxbury’s Launchpad for Life — an independent, community-powered organization that gives kids the chance to build real-world skills, develop their character, and connect meaningfully with peers and mentors. He believes deeply in DSU’s unique ability to bridge home, school, and community, helping students develop leadership, empathy, self-management, and a sense of belonging.

He brings to the board a strong foundation in strategic thinking, data literacy, organizational stewardship, and motivating diverse teams — skills he believes translate directly into strengthening DSU’s programs, events, partnerships, and long-term planning. Steven is committed to helping the organization continue to grow, build strong community ties, and ensure that DSU remains a vibrant resource for families for generations to come.

Most of all, Steven’s passion is rooted in family and community. Duxbury is where he is building the life he always envisioned for his family, and serving DSU is one meaningful way he contributes to the thriving, supportive environment he wants every child in town to experience.
