After School Program Enrollment

Important Notes Before You Register
- In Sawyer, a “SEMESTER” refers to a FULL SCHOOL YEAR.
- If you are registering multiple children, please use the coupon code: “siblings”. You will receive a 5% discount on each of your children’s annual enrollment. Coupon codes are all-lowercase sensitive.
- There is a one-time convenience fee of 3% of the annual tuition to help offset processing fees.
- Sawyer charges a one time user fee of $3.99. This will be processed separately.
- The deposit is a flat fee of $600 per student. This will be deducted from your annual tuition.
- The first of 10 remaining payments representing the balance will occur monthly starting 9/1/25
- If you choose to pay directly from your bank account (ACH), you are invited to use the coupon code “ach” at checkout to receive a discount. Coupon codes are all-lowercase sensitive.
- Payment in full by check is also welcome, to avoid processing fees. Please use coupon code “payinfull” at checkout, and submit full payment before 8/1/25. Coupon codes are all-lowercase sensitive.
- DSU is a yearlong contract and deposits are nonrefundable. Changes to schedules can be made before July 1st. Changes requested during the school year can only be honored when there is a family wait-listed awaiting placement in programming.
- Please download and review the 2025/2026 Parent Handbook. You will be asked to read and sign off when enrolling.
- If a session or day you are interested in appears full, please email [email protected] to be added to the waitlist.

Please print out the form and scan and upload it through the secure upload link provided to the right. Alternatively, you may drop these forms at DSU ensuring receipt by DSU Staff.
