Stephanie Handfield is the Vice President of Marketing at Gilbane Development Company, where she provides both technical and creative leadership for a team of marketing professionals. She oversees the development of engaging website content, company and property-specific collateral, and technical responses to client requests for qualifications and proposals that support new business generation.

Her collaborative approach has contributed to the success of many communities through her involvement in key creative elements such as project naming, branding, renderings and virtual reality assets, site and project signage, leasing center design, print and digital advertising, websites, social media, and other visibility-driving initiatives.

Stephanie and her husband, Doug, have lived in Duxbury since 2005 and have four children, all of whom have benefited from the DSU in various ways. She chose to join the DSU board because she believes deeply in its community-focused mission of shaping global citizenship.
