HIREDuxbury Job Fair
Open to all high school and college students looking for employment or career pathway advice, interacting with local businesses and industry professionals. Hosted on March 16th, 2023 - at the Duxbury High School Main Street.
DSU Signature Coffee Houses
High school musicians performing to an audience of peers, family and community members. Hosted on April 7, 2023 and in November at DSU.
52DMS
All 5th graders and their parent or special adult are invited to learn about the step up to middle school with a panel of interactive discussions around academics and organization, self care, nutrition and exercise. May TBC - hosted at DSU
College Hacks
Open to high school senior and juniors, college students share their intel on all topics of college life including college application, course selections, scholarships, mental health, relationships and more. May TBC - Hosted at DSU
82DHS
Open to all 8th graders during the school day. Recent high school graduates share their experiences of high school life with interactive breakout sessions on topics such as academics and extracurriculars, work/volunteer opportunities, mental health resources, advocacy and activism.
Summer Camp
Three weeks of summer camp for students ages 6-14, each day with a different theme. Around the world in 4 days, Patriotic Dreamers and Builders (includes 4th July float) and a Shark Tank proposal.
4th of July Parade
Every kid wants that Ferris Bueller moment and your sponsorship goes the distance! Students of all ages brainstorm, build, and ride the DSU float down Washington Street and St. George Street waving to thousands of parade spectators on both sides of the street.
Duxbury Holly Days
Small business/nonprofits open their doors to kick off the holidays and encourage SHOP LOCAL in November.
