As Vice President of Human Resources in the nonprofit sector, Jing Wan brings deep expertise in human capital development to the DSU Board. For nearly two decades, she has navigated complex organizational challenges and crafted thoughtful solutions that support long-term organizational strength.

A respected member of her senior management team, Jing also shares her insight on several advisory boards. She holds a Master of Business degree from the University of San Francisco.

As a Duxbury resident and parent, Jing has seen firsthand the impact DSU has on young people. She believes in the importance of safe, supportive spaces outside the classroom—places where students build confidence, curiosity, and community as they discover who they are and who they hope to become.

Outside her professional work, Jing leads an active, well-balanced life. She treasures time with her family, gives back through meaningful volunteer commitments, and embraces lifelong learning through travel, sports, and new experiences.
