At our February Staycation camp, campers come for the FUN, and take home a ton of new skills and new friendships.

At Cooking Up a Storm camp, campers will learn all aspects of running a restaurant. They will learn about food safety in meal preparation, following menu directions and creating a delicious meal for their customers. They will also learn the front of house responsibilities including how to set a table, menu design, order taking, attentive service, clean up and the importance of showing gratitude.

Open to all Alden, DMS and Chandler School Students, you don’t have to be enrolled in DSU after school programs to participate.
