Danielle Clifford is SVP, Head of Business Transformation at Farmers Insurance, where she leads enterprise initiatives focused on Agent Technology and Experience. With nearly two decades in the insurance industry, Danielle brings a unique blend of strategic leadership and operational expertise, shaped by diverse roles across multiple business units and disciplines.

Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of New Hampshire in Molecular Biology and maintains certifications in underwriting, personal insurance, and Lean methodologies

Beyond her professional work, Danielle is proud to serve board of the Duxbury Student Union, and was introduced to DSU during Covid when she was trying to find a solution for school support for her three children. Since then, her children have been involved in several programs at DSU and have benefitted tremendously. She truly believes in the critical role DSU plays in shepherding our children through to adulthood and how important this institution is to the Duxbury community.
