Chris MacDonald brings strong financial discipline and a practical, systems-driven mindset to his role as Treasurer of the Duxbury Student Union. With a background in commercial aviation, program management, and organizational transformation, he has spent the last two decades helping complex teams work more efficiently and sustainably.

Chris and his wife Becky have lived in Duxbury since 2018 and are raising four active children who keep the family closely connected to local schools and sports. As both a parent and a community member, he believes deeply in the importance of giving students a supportive place outside the classroom — a place where confidence grows, friendships form, and young people learn to navigate the world.

He joined the DSU Board because he values how DSU brings kids together and strengthens the fabric of the town. In his role as Treasurer, Chris helps ensure that DSU remains financially strong, strategically focused, and well positioned to serve as Duxbury’s Launchpad for Life for years to come.
