Don’t Just Do Middle School. Run It Like a CEO.

Middle school brings more classes, more expectations, more decisions, and a whole lot more responsibility. DSU’s CEO Program — Chief Everything Officer — helps students get ready for it all with practical skills they can use every day.

Designed for rising 6th graders, the CEO Program gives students the tools to become more independent, organized, confident, and prepared as they make the move to middle school. Because let’s be honest: the backpack does not organize itself.

At CEO Info Night, 5th grade families will hear directly from independent and successful students who have experienced the program and can share what it’s really like. No lectures. No pressure. Just real talk about the skills that help students step up, stand out, and take ownership of their middle school experience.

Families will learn how the CEO Program supports students with:

• Organization and time management
• Confidence and self-advocacy
• Decision-making and responsibility
• School-life balance
• Building independence before middle school begins
